Board Advisor, TEDx Speaker & Author
After three decades building and leading global technology businesses — most recently as Chief Growth Officer at GAVS Technologies, and before that in senior leadership roles at HCL, Tech Mahindra, Persistent Systems, and Arrow Electronics — Ajai made a deliberate choice: to step away from full-time corporate leadership and focus on work that gives back.
Today, Ajai advises entrepreneurs, startups, and not-for-profits on governance, capital readiness, and growth strategy, and coaches emerging leaders through personalized mentoring. In his TEDx talk, Your Inner Climate Influences Every Room — And Beyond, he explores how the inner state we carry doesn't stay contained — it ripples outward, shaping every room we enter and, in time, the wider world. He carries the same idea into his podcast, Beyond Success, where he convenes senior leaders in long-form conversations on leadership, innovation, and human-centered growth.
Authorship & Inner Alignment
Ajai is also the author of three books that trace this same journey — from professional achievement to inner alignment:
- Beyond Success – Unleash the New You: Takes readers beyond conventional definitions of achievement toward holistic, values-aligned success.
- Spiritual Capital – The New Currency of Corporate Growth: Explores a disruptive idea: that the next wave of business growth may come from an unlikely source — spirituality.
- Peaceful Coexistence – Inner Peace in a Fractured World: Argues that the conflicts around us are reflections of the unrest within us, offering a practical framework for calm, clarity, and conscious action in a divided world.
Intentional Impact & Ecosystems
This next chapter is intentional. Ajai's work now centers on institution-building and ecosystem development — helping organizations align governance with mission and deliver dignity at scale.
Key Engagements Include:
Creative Passion & Expression
On a personal level, Ajai is deeply passionate about music and vocal singing. As a radio jockey, he has hosted shows, events, and global talent competitions broadcast on television, and has collaborated with celebrities from Bollywood and Hollywood — experiences that feed the same belief at the heart of his work: that how we carry ourselves inwardly shapes what we bring to every room, stage, and relationship.
